1. Upgrading to ASME Standards for a Renewable Energy Conversion and Storage Equipment Manufacturer
The first project is being implemented at a manufacturing plant in Biên Hòa specializing in industrial and civil equipment for renewable energy conversion and thermal storage.
This enterprise, recognized for 12 consecutive years as a “High-Quality Vietnamese Product” brand, is now expanding into international markets.
PREBECC accompanies the plant in achieving the ASME “U” stamp certification — a key milestone affirming product quality and manufacturing standards on the global stage.
2. Developing ASME System Compliance for a Large-Scale Pressure Equipment Manufacturer
The second project is carried out at a pressure equipment fabrication plant in Nhơn Trạch, Đồng Nai, equipped with a modern production line including:
- 18 plate rolling machines
- 8 dished-end forming machines
- 6 high-capacity hydraulic presses
This enterprise specializes in:
- Fabrication of storage tanks, pressure vessels (stainless and carbon steel), industrial boilers, heat exchangers, distillation columns, and mixing tanks.
- Supply and installation of production lines for the chemical, food, and industrial sectors.
- Fabrication and installation of process piping systems.
- Production of steel structures, power systems, and control panels for factories.
